Thank you for your interest in participating on an ONDA trip. Please fill out the information below and return it to us as soon as possible. Trips have a size limit, and fill on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation Policy:

Should you cancel within 2 weeks or less before the start of a trip, a $50 fee will be charged to the credit card listed on your registration. ONDA understands that summer is a busy time and life is full of unplanned events. However, please understand that these trips are a central part of ONDA’s mission, and they are also very popular with our volunteers and members. These trips often fill up quickly, and ONDA will create a waitlist in the event that there are cancellations. Please notify ONDA as soon as possible in the event that you discover that you will not be able to attend a trip that you have signed for, so that your place can be offered to someone else. Please fax, mail or call your number in. Thank you.
