Administrative action challenging BLM proposal to build fences, pipelines and a new road on Beaty Butte, without properly evaluating ONDA's wilderness inventory report and recommendation.

Dec. 20, '07 - ONDA settles administrative appeal with BLM. Agency agrees to vacate its 2007 East-West Gulch Projects decision and undertake a new NEPA analysis, including conducting a new analysis of wilderness values within Beaty Butte's East and West Gulches. BLM will not conduct any road maintenance on routes within project area, until it issues a new final decision.
