Dec. 31, '08 - ONDA appeals latest BLM CE grazing permit decision for the Pollock Allotment, which overlaps with ONDA's Coffin Butte and Quail Creek proposed WSAs on north Steens Mountain.
Nov. 13, '08 - ONDA administratively appeals two more BLM decisions to renew grazing permits on the Serrano Point, Fields and Starr FFR allotments, situated on the eastern side of Steens Mountain and the Pueblo Mountains.
June 9, '08 - ONDA administratively appeals BLM decision to renew a grazing permit for several allotments in the Trout Creek Mountains south of Steens Mountain.
May 2, '08 - Office of Hearings and Appeals grants the parties' joint motion to consolidate these two appeals and to stay the proceedings pending the outcome of Western Watersheds Project v. Lane in the District of Idaho.
