Dec. 1, '09 - Western Watersheds Project files protest challenging BLM's revised grazing plan.

May 14, '09 - BLM and ONDA enter into renewed stipulation under which project construction ban remains in place for 2009.

Mar. 31, '08 - ONDA comments on BLM's supplemental environmental analysis concerning impacts of range projects on inventoried wilderness values.

Mar. 20, '08 - BLM and ONDA enter into renewed stipulation, agreeing that agency will not construct certain range projects until litigation is resolved.

Mar. 3, '08 - Both ONDA and BLM file status reports with Court concerning agency's wilderness inventory progress and 2008 on-the-ground activities.

Feb. 28, '07 - Rangeland projects in sage grouse habitat and wilderness-quality public lands stopped: BLM agrees to halt further construction and to not use many already-completed projects (pipelines, troughs) for 2007 grazing season in Louse Canyon area. See map and project lists 1 & 2.

Jan. 29, '07 - ONDA asks court to compel BLM to file administrative record in Louse Canyon case after agency refuses to do so; BLM instead wants to conduct "additional analysis" of wilderness values to patch up faulty EA.

Sept. 20-21, '06 - ONDA files motion asking court to stop rangeland projects (see map) in ONDA-inventoried areas with wilderness values; BLM agrees not to implement project this fall.

Sept. 14, '06 - ONDA files suit over BLM rangeland project in Louse Canyon, challenging agency's failure to inventory for and consider wilderness values, failure to assess grazing suitability, and failure to protect water quality.
