Sept. 3, '09 - ONDA provides comments to the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality concerning a proposed sweetheart deal that would let a chemical company largely off the hook for cleanup of 25,000 gallons of toxic chemicals buried in Alkali Lake in the early 1970s. Apr. 1, '08 - ONDA comments on BLM proposal to renew grazing permits within ONDA's Buzzard Creek proposed WSA, without adequate environmental analysis or public participation.  On Apr. 17, 2008, BLM agreed to revoke its decision.

Mar. 26, '08 - ONDA comments on BLM proposal to authorize Temporary non-Renewable ("TNR") grazing near Abert Lake. Asks BLM to prepare full environmental analysis looking at impacts to ONDA's Coglin Buttes proposed Wilderness Study Area ("WSA") as well as sage grouse habitat and threatened Snowy plover nesting sites. On Apr. 3, 2008, BLM agreed to vacate the decision based on ONDA's comments.

July 19, '07 - ONDA comments on BLM proposal to mow down several hundred acres of pygmy rabbit habitat on Beaty Butte.

May 30, '07 - ONDA submits comments on BLM's East-West Gulch Projects EA, issued as a revised version of the final decision found to be unlawful and vacated by a federal district court in 2006.

Apr. 6, '07 - ONDA submits comments on BLM's Revised Horseshoe Pasture Division Fence EA, issued as a revised version of the decision BLM withdrew after ONDA filed suit in 2006.
