Mark your calendars, ONDA 2012 Volunteer Trip List coming soon!

It’s that time again, as winter really begins to set in, ONDA staff are preparing for the upcoming field season. Our volunteer trip registration will open on February 10th at 5pm at www.onda.org. Many of these trips fill up quickly, so be sure to sign up early.  Most trips are offered free to ONDA members, so be sure to join or renew your membership.

We are really excited about the trip line up this year. ONDA has over 20 organized trips to choose from in some of your favorite locales, like the Steens, Hart Mountain, and the Owyhee, plus much more. We’ll have some of our staples like the Annual Meeting , fence pulls, and tree planting, along with more Oregon Desert Trail Inventory, and even some opportunities for the more adventurous to get out on their own and do some self-guided volunteering in Oregon’s deserts.

If you’ve never been on an ONDA service trip, make it part of your plans this year to join us for a fun, rewarding adventure in some of Oregon’s most remote wildlands.
