ONDA presents comments on the West Butte Wind Power proposal

ONDA submitted its comments on the West Butte Wind Power permit application to the Crook County Planning commission on Wednesday.  Although initial review of the biological study submitted with the application raised concerns about impacts to wildlife, ONDA is currently neutral in regard to the project and we are working with the applicant and the county to develop more effective mitigation measures.
