Canceled: 2020 Annual General Meeting

In light of recent guidelines for public events related to the spread of COVID-19, we have canceled our 2020 Annual General Meeting. The safety of our communities is our primary concern at this time. We will look forward to gathering at Hancock Field Station in April of 2021 for another weekend of restoration, community and conservation. Please contact Caelin with any questions.

Join ONDA staff, board of directors and members for our Annual General Meeting on April 17-19 to enjoy the beauty and solace of Oregon’s high desert. We’ll spend Saturday, April 18 contributing to vital restoration initiatives as we lopper juniper on the 35,000-acre Pine Creek Conservation Area near the John Day River. Our labors will be rewarded with delicious food and an evening of good music and good company. We’ll be staying at the comfortable facilities of the Hancock Field Station. Registration is required – read on to learn more.

What is Annual General Meeting?
Each year we gather for a weekend of restoration work in the high desert. From Friday evening to Sunday morning we dance to live music, enjoy refreshments, and most importantly, give back to Oregon’s wild places. We hope you are able to join us!

Fees: includes lodging and all meals. Please note that there is NO dinner provided Friday night.
Adult – $115
Child (14 or under) – $80
Family of four (two adults, two children) – $350

Sorry, no dogs allowed.

Due to very limited parking space, any trailer/RV is strongly discouraged. Truck bed camper or van is ok.
