Climate Change and Public Lands Forum

April 6 @ 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm

From dwindling snowpack to catastrophic fires, public lands face dire threats from a changing climate. But did you know that Oregon’s wild lands and waters can also play a role in combatting global climate change?

To learn more, join the Oregon Natural Desert Association and Great Old Broads for Wilderness, Oregon Wild, Juniper Group Sierra Club, Vocal Seniority and Central Oregon Landwatch for a conference exploring how climate change is affecting public lands, and how public lands can mitigate climate change — if we put in the hard work to restore them and change how they are managed.
