This trip will leverage momentum from the previous season when ONDA installed Beaver Dam Analogues (BDAs) to irrigate planting areas and built exclosure fences to protect plantings until they are fully established. Now for the fun part of preparing the ground and adding plants to sites that are ideal for accommodating new native vegetation! In partnership with the Prineville District of the Bureau of Land Management, ONDA leads regular service days to improve the Badlands Wilderness for its human visitors and native wildlife inhabitants. Denny Jones Ranch Restoration #2

This is the second of three restoration projects on Denny Jones Ranch, a conservation property owned by the Burns Paiute Tribe, that ONDA volunteers will participate in during 2020.
