Staff Attorney

The Staff Attorney plays an important role in ONDA’s conservation mission by applying their expertise and experience in law, policy and litigation to drive conservation advocacy for Oregon’s high desert public lands, waters and wildlife. They work as part of ONDA’s conservation program, working with ONDA’s Senior Attorney, Conservation Director and other ONDA colleagues on an array of responsibilities, including litigation, legal and policy analysis, agency engagement, and working with coalitions and partners to advance conservation outcomes on public lands.

This position is ideal for an individual with a passion for conservation, familiarity with western public lands and land management issues and challenges, and is deeply committed to advocating for long-term protection and conservation of Oregon’s high desert.
