Our Team

Bio:

Carrie joined ONDA in 2023, bringing with her not only a passion for Oregon’s high desert, but over 25 years of experience as a finance professional at a large investment bank.  Her career took her from New York as a salestrader, to central Illinois where she was a financial advisor then business manager of a private wealth management practice, to Bend where she moved into a management role covering a large market in the PNW.

Carrie completed her bachelor’s degree at Bradley University, and over her career earned seven industry licenses and a professional designation from the College for Financial Planning®.

Her connection to the outdoors has led her on many adventures with her feisty pint sized pup, Buddy.  Rafting the Lower Deschutes and the John Day, cross country skiing on PCT sections, and generally hiking & exploring the beautiful expanse of Central Oregon.  She has also completed a 500 mile section of the Appalachian Trail, which only furthered her passion for conservation and stewardship.
